Greendale Amusement Park

So yesterday me and darkfire (Or Tom as I have come to know him) are going
over the final details for what we want to do with NE3 and I said that I was
hoping to get more parks in, then he's like "Well I have an old park sitting
around that is pretty much finished." and he sends me what you see here, a full
fledged NE3 Blockbuster park!
In this first screen you can see the parks
wonderful entrance which has a very unique atmosphere which has not a fountain
as it's centerpiece, not a statue, not even a huge golf ball. This great custom
flat is Vortex and imo a great way to get people right into the many thrills the
park has to give.
What we have here is one of the most coaster dominated
areas I have ever seen, A Cidade Perdida. This massive wooden coaster is called
"The Serpent" which sprawls across an amazon basin type theme which includes
some amazing water rides like "White Water Rafting" which takes riders on
progressively harder stages, from 1 all the way to 5! Also darkfire seems to
have a thing for snakes as he also has his "How the fuck did he do that hacked
coaster" called "Cobra." This mini coaster (you can kinda see the really cool
snake head at the bottom of the screen) does 3 non-stop full circuits around
it's track before coming to a stop, which of course you can't do that in LL.
WTF?
Here you get a good look at "Reaper" the parks B&M invert. Now reviews
are mostly positive, but this coaster does indicate a few weakness Tom has (or
had, I mean this park is like 4 years old!). For one thing his ride naming in
the park is pretty weak and the park itself is so generically Tom has already
caught me calling it Glendale, Greenville and Dalegreen. However, that is likely
just due to me being retarded and illitrate. Also Reaper has no station building
at all, maybe he just overlooked that. But hay, overall it's still worthy of NE
Blockbuster!
In this screen you get a good look at the best box-tack Intamins coaster I
have ever seen, "The Last Crusade." The detail on this coaster is amazing and
the layout hold its own. I am sure Nevis would be proud of this coaster as he
was the first to try this type of hacked coaster in RCT. Also in the screen it's
hard to miss the stage show going on in the background where actors are playing
out "The Siege of the Citadel" on a set that is part of a much larger castle
that takes up about 1/6 of the entire park.
Now this might just be my favorite part of the park. In this are you have
the Destiny section's (which is where Reaper is located) entrance which is home
to "Tub Twisters" and "Tornado" too hacked rides brought to you from the mind of
the very same darkfire who gave us all the codex which forever changed hacking
in LL. Both of these rides are very nicely done and dare I say it? remind me of
Mala's older LL work.
In the last screen we find the enormous tack-iteckture made station
dedicated to "Degeneration" which is like the perfect marriage of vertical spike
coaster with a bobsled coaster. Whatever it is there is no doubt that this
coaster is one of a kind. Also at the very bottom you get a glance at
"Evolution" a hacked B&M Flyer with a double pretzel loop opening and a duel
color scheme.
Overall this is one of the best LL parks I have seen in a long time even if
it is 4 years old. Congrats Tom, you showed us that not only are you an amazing
website builder and not only a hacking genius that built the best RCT trainer
ever, but you show us that you can handle yourself in-game and build with the
best of 'em!
