Six Flags Worlds of Excitement

Congratulations to Phatage for winning Hidden Park on your debut park.
While it may not be the most visually pleasing park I've ever seen,
it's possibly the most fun park to walk through I've ever seen. Tons of
custom theming, custom rides, hacks, and one of a kind ideas that make
this park hours and hours of fun to explore. Definitely the most "Six
Flags" of any Six Flags park I've seen...it manages to undertheme, but
without losing the magic that most real life Six Flags parks have,
adding the little things here and there to make the park sparkle. Not
to mention some of the best coasters Six Flags has to offer, a terrific
water park, and tons more. Definitely a park you're going to want to
check out, trust me. Excellent job Phatage.
What is a Six Flags park with a generic B&M Invert Batman coaster?
Well, Phatage never misses a realistic park detail (He even did a shitty Bat
mobile on display in front of the coasters entrance.) so of course you'll find
one here in WOE. Also in the Archam section is the Axis Chemicals stunt show
where you can watch entertainers risk life and limb as they act out countless
stunts.
Here
you can see the terrific park entrance to Six Flags Worlds of
Excitement. The Six Flags logo is proudly displayed at the entrance
gate, as is the Superman logo...although there is no real big Superman
attraction in the park. You can also check out the DiveWire Skycoaster,
a fully operational skycoaster that sends riders flying at over 50
miles per hour through the air, over in the challenge park area of the
park, situtated next to the Thrill Shot and close to the waterpark.
Great job Phatage, one of the many little tidbits that make this park
so fun.
Most RCT parks ignore major park necessities like the need for parking
spaces and roads that lead to the park. Yeah parkmakers just leave them off the
map and assume you understand that to mean they would be there if only the map
did not end where it did. Here Phatage connects the park to the real world with
one of the best highways/parking lots RCT has ever seen. He really grabs every
detail, I mean it's got a cheap roadside inn, powa lines, well-placed Six Flags
ADs and even those towers that stick up into the air so women can remember where
they parked!
Now
here's a shot of the park's waterpark, and more specifically the water
playground area of the waterpark. You can just imagine how fun this
would be, another thing that Phatage that accomplishes. Fully
operational water slides, the fishnet walk, fountains, etc. all the
makings that make a great waterpark. There are also several other
slides that aren't even pictured. The whole water park has a tremendous
tropical atmosphere, really adding to the effect.
As seen in screen one Phatage is not afraid to expose Six Flags' cheapness
by using a coaster clone, but do it twice, oh no he did'int! Yeah he did, what
you see here is a Medusa complete with what was at the time of it's release was
the most realistically detailed B&M supports in RCT. In the background you
can just make out stream forest flume a wonderful little flume ride which
Phatage seems particularly fond of.
Here's
a screen I particularly like. First off you get a chance to see the
fully operational Thrill Shot (works perfectly), so that's already one
really cool thing in the bag. Then right next door is a fully
operational (do I seem to be using that phrase a lot ;))
First-Generation Freefall, aptly named 'The Great American Scream
Machine'. You also get to see a custom go-kart track located in the
challenge park (there's also a fully operational ;) motorcross track
fully equipped with jumps located somewhere else in the park). Congratulations Phatage on your
win, I definitely see a very bright future for you at New Element.
