Can it be? Timothy Cross with a new release? at NE3? Well yes, yes and yes. The man who brought you fantastic wonders is back. NE is proud to present the second ever released RCT creation of Timothy Cross, a NE Concept Creation called Angelica Lakes!

There really is no limit to what you can do in RCT and Tim Cross proves that here by creating a beautiful flowing landscape. He pulls out all the stops and gives us valleys, rivers, forests, mountains, rockfalls and even white water rapids! He even uses land textures underwater to emphasize the aquatic landscape. Overall I am very impressed by this concept creation because it shows better then any of the others exactly how far from the norm you can go when not building a roller coaster park. Congrats on the CC Tim, I know you have another park in the works and when that is sent in I think three will be a charm.
