Questions on Submitting to New Element:

In the subject of the email, please begin with what the submission itself is, preferably in caps.

For example: SPOTLIGHT SUBMISSION - Walt Disney Escape, by Corkscrewed

Basically, specify if you're what you're sending in is for Spotlight, Design, or H2H. Even if you're just aiming for Runner Up, call it a Spotlight submission. If it's not Spotlight quality but good enough for Runner Up, it'll automatically be released as that.

In the body of the email, please include the following information:
- Submission type (again just so I am sure; i.e. Spotlight, Design, H2H, or if it's something else I might be doing, then that)
- Park/Coaster Name
- Ride Maker Name (basically what your NE screen name is so I know who to credit)
- The actual file, preferably in .zip format (use WinZip)

Also, a little description of what it is would be helpful but not required.

NE's Policy on RCT2 creations made with the Wacky World and/or Time Twister expansion packs and RCT3 creations

The majority of the members at NE do not have these games installed and cannot view creations made with them. However we respect all RCT creations and will consider submissions of this kind.

Although bear in mind that NE will hold these creations to a higher standard due to the inability of most of our members to access them.
