This Jazz guy is not much, he just builds in boring 2x2 forms and picks fights with other members... right? Well he did manage to place 9th in the PT2 Finals with Mossflower Wood, but we all know that was due to Fatha' and natelox smoking crack. Next he put out a couple of "just nice" H2H4 parks. So there is no way this Jazz guy caps of this great round of NE Designs with Quest of the Forbidden Mountain one of the best wooden coasters RCT2 has ever seen... right?

Wrong! Unless this is a fluke it seems Jazz went from a decent parkmaker to an awesome one in the blink of an eye. Maybe there is more to him then it seems as he turns in one of the best wooden coasters we have seen here at NE in a long time. The Asian atmosphere in the park is really strong and the mountain is a beautiful focal point. The Asian architecture is very good and that has always been considered Jazz's weak point. So the atmosphere is great, but NE Designs are more about the coaster and WOW, what a coaster! Quest of the Forbidden Mountain may just have the best layout I have ever seen, the double diagonal lifts are fantastic and the whole layout flows near perfection while interacting with some great theming. This coaster is up there will some classics, infact I have not seen one this amazing and sprawling since Kentaur by Foozy. I think the only negative about this design is that the name sucks, you may want to work on that. Overall Jazz has just jumped up to the level of radar blip, and has a chance to jump ever higher in the PT3 finals.
