It was not that long ago we saw a seemingly retired parkmaker come out of the shadows and get an NE design. We hoped it meant he was not really retired, but it seemed he was. Then what do you know, this guy downloads the PT3 finals bench and starts something. A few months later we here at NE are proud to present Silverstarr, an NE Design by one the great RCT designers in our history, Turtle!

 

Silver Starr is a very unique coaster that has two types of launch modes, one lift hill style and the other a flat run launch. Turtle might best the best ever at RCT when it comes to creating atmospheres and this design creates a sublime natural atmosphere here with his wonderful landscaping and great use of colorable trees. Turtle even adds the essential supporting details of a great design with his track made custom entrance sign and his duel gravitrons flat rides. It is a great design and the third Turtle has won in the last few years, but still I would like to see him return the level of detail we saw in Isole Calabria. Great work Turtle, it is always good to see new things from you.
