Game Version: RCTLL
Parkmaker: RMM
|
Let's face it, finishing RCT projects isn't a walk in the park. It's apparent to everybody that unfinished work is the community's biggest plague. Some members spend their entire career trying to finish one park, and when they do, sometimes they're never heard from again. Let's hope this is not the case with RMM. After 7 long years, RMM finally presents a finished project that stands on its own two feet and crushes any RCTLL competition out there. Can you handle X? X is a B&M inverted coaster set against a beautiful water backdrop that roars through seven inversions leaving dust behind as it flys at a top speed of 63 mph. Unlike many RCTLL parks, X utilizes single-wide paths, which is a rarity in this day and age, to let RCT guests conquer this monster. As guests make their way to the entrance, they're sure to be distracted watching the train fly through the canyon below and shoot into the giant cobra roll hanging over the path. By the time guests make it to the entrance, the same train is roaring through two consecutive flat-spins over the queue line, building anticipation even more. The queue makes a sharp turn under the brake-run and then juts out over the water for a splendid view. With the sun beating off the water and reflecting against the sleek white track, guests are eagerly awaiting the ride-ops to cycle passengers on and off so it can finally be their turn! Finally, the time has come to face X.... as they board the train their hands tremble with fear as they receive the clear from the control booth, and off they go. As the chain gradually pulls the train up the lift hill, a faint click click click can be heard. No matter which way the passengers look the water greets them as their stomachs churn with excitement. Suddenly, the catwalk below their dangling feet drops away and there's nowhere to go but down. Plunging to earth, the train flies through the first two inversions, a giant vertical loop and immelmann that flows gracefully over the lift-hill. Riders are then snapped over the beautiful plaza-architecture on the midway before diving into the cobra roll, but X doesn't let up just yet. It tears across two flat-spins and a zero-gravity roll before snapping into the magnetic brakes coming to a smooth stop where it all began. The train erupts into a roar of cheers as the staff asks how their ride was and the only thing on their minds now is, "Let's do it again!" It must feel good to finally prove to the community what you're capable of, RMM, and we can't congratulate you enough. Please don't stop blessing the community with your creations. |
