| The first collaboration from the New Element team is still one of the most accomplished group efforts. When released, people commented on the park's flow and style, seamlessly combining very different themes to create a well-rounded fantasy 'realm'. Here you can find out about each section, including some input from the creators. |
Fatha' - Persia
The entrance and first area were themed with the well known Arabian style, recognisable by its Roman walls, green and red roofs and multicoloured tents. Grinch creates unusual, angular buildings and makes judicious use of overhangs to give the area that cramped feel that all arabian sections seem to share. However, we are always reminded that the maker is in control, as he skillfully crafts flat rides into small areas, with winding queues and pleasant tropical scenery. The main attraction is the sit-down steelie named 'Magic Carpet Ride'. Grinch makes the unusual choice of small inversions, using a compact layout to include as many crossovers and near misses as possible. The vibrant track and colourful flowers make for a dazzling ride - flowing inversions and moderate speed making the coaster less intense and more enjoyable. But beware of the interlocking corkscrews - at 39mph they pack quite a punch! Beautiful water use and ample foliage make this area the most picturesque in the park, and you'd be hard pushed not to find a ride you enjoy. |

RRP - NE Beach
This area, although stuck out on a limb, is an intrinsic part of the
park, providing RRP with just enough space to landscape a wonderful
beach and pier. There is sparse use of architecture, limited only to
the single path that winds out towards the area's coaster - Thrill Time
Racer. This woodie has a classic layout, loyal to the great
Out-And-Backs to be found on beaches around the world mid-19th century.
Packed with airtime, the train hurtles down a stunning 17 drops in one
circuit. If the coaster isn't for you, there is a very pleasant beach
area with sun beds and a couple of gentle attractions. The blue-tinted
Beach Wheels provide pleasant views of the surroundings, and children
can have a go on the waterside slide. One of the less elaborate areas
in the park, NE Beach manages to be classy and refined without being
boring. Next, off to Death Valley! |

Roberto Roboparks - Death Valley
This instantly recognisable effort from Roboparks is surrounded by a thick blanket of trees, hiding the surprises within from view. Stylish use of gardens and path scenery add to the atmosphere, along with the quirky architecture Roboparks is perhaps best known for. He skillfully combines rarely used wall and roof types in small yet detailed buildings, forming unique colour schemes and interesting layouts. The area is not lacking in coasters either. Lumber Jack is a cheerfull little side-friction that skims the top of the trees before diving behind the station building, out of sight of the surrounding paths. Death Valley Tornado is, however, the largest coaster, with two separate sections connected by a dark tunnel. The ride starts in the trees, with a short lift and twisting drop. The train then emerges over a central marsh, visited by touring boats. The ride swerves between rocky outcrops swooping low over the water before diving back underground and executing a tight helix back into the station. An understated ride with plenty of thrills, reflecting the atmosphere of the whole area. |

NeViS - Alaskan Coastline
Nevis has created the largest area in the park, and perhaps the most impressive. This representation of the arctic coastline is home to some of the best snow theming you are ever likely to see, with accurate ice flows and convincing rocky terrain. Aside from the ice capped mountain to the left of the region, you can also find a well-known Nevis Fish Hook coaster, Altus, an idea debuted in his solo park UIX. However, it'd be foolish to ignore the main attraction in the area, the sprawling Kiko's Quest. This prototype 'dog-sleigh' coaster was dedicated to Nevis's very own dog, Kiko, and sees riders become leaders of their very own pack of huskies. Beginning with a slippery traverse of the icy wastes, you get a good view of a graceful Orca just off the coast, before heading up intosome rocky woodland and past a tribal Totem Pole. A steep drop leads into a frightening loop, through which pedestrians can walk. A slow climb up another hillock is followed by a twisting drop into a dingy tunnel, and further meanders around the well contoured landscape. Views of a stranded walrus and a dash across a rickety bridge are just some of the further thrills on what has become one of Nevis's best loved rides. An astonishing addition to the park that, although radical in theme and scale, fits flawlessly with the rest of the map. |

Corkscrewed - Sendria
A strictly geometrical path layout marks the boundary to Sendria, Corkscrewed's fantastical addition to Hidden Realm. Never one to hold back, Corkscrewed pushes the limits of landscaping, theming and coaster design. Beautiful architecture has never been a problem with his work, and here is no exception. The station to Keldra's Fury, a shuttle loop, is gloriously simple, while the various Restaurants are decorated with colourful walls and ornate statues. Taking dueling inverts to a new level, Corkscrewed seems to have built the Spirits of Sendria with the notion that size is no object. Indeed, the tracks spread over most of the area, ascending to the highest peak and speeding dangerously through thick forests. The duels are timed to perfection and in spite of their enormity, the tracks are not an eyesore. Cleverly hidden at the back of the area are the Monarhk Mines, an underground mine train that emerges into the lift structure of the duelers and braves the icy peaks of the surrounding mountains. If ever an area was described as epic it would be this one. |
