Roomie is a name that has been cropping up on the homepage a hell of a lot recently and if you haven't noticed then where on earth have you been? As the community continues to update itself with new ideas, hacks and techniques, Roomie has consistently taken this in his stride and shown that he still has what it takes to produce quality pieces of work. Since his arrival at New Element way back in 2002, Roomie has picked up a total of 5 Design winners, and today we congratulate him on his 6th, Knights Of The Round Table, which gives him the most Design wins of any member here at New Element.

Whilst some may consider this more of a park than a design because of its 3 additional coasters, it's clear that the main focus is on the racing B&M Mega Coasters, Galahad & Lancelot. Climbing the lift hill together, the Knight's then part their separate ways before coming back to each other at several points during the course of the ride. They may follow the same, but mirrored layout, it's their ride experience that makes each coaster different, each side interacting with other attractions and different surroundings.

The architecture may not be Roomie's best, but that doesn't stop him from producing the amazing charm, and for once, an accolade from him that is a little less crammed, but still has his 'busy' style printed all over it. The use of little hacks to add more depth and detail, and the addition of other attractions makes this a solid addition to the ever-growing list of Designs, so make sure you take the time to look over this great piece of work thoroughly and ensure you don't miss any of the effort Roomie has put in.

Although just scraping over the 13.00 mark, we congratulate Roomie on another release for 2009 and his 7th design, will he ever stop producing accolade after accolade? Well done on becoming a solid provider of the community, keep it up.

Wow, are you kidding me? Roomie is a god among men, haha! Well done. Pretty cool how the custom supports function for both the lift and the lower track. :)

Yeah Roomie, stop making everyone else look bad. With that being said, nice job yet again. The smoke effects were cool along with all the rides used for being stalls to enhance the theme. I just don't know how you're so productive.

^^Ok so I made a tiny mistake with counting. Sorry, maybe next time you want to write the write up?

And RRP yes you have 6 designs and then Posix has 5.

It looks beautiful from the overview. The supports look fantastic and I especially like the section with the purple and Yellow tents. I can't see why this only just got a design but then again I don't understand LL as well as the pro's.

Congrats on the design again. Hope you like the logo! :D

We dine well here in Camelot,
We eat ham and jam and spam a lot.
We're Knights of the Round Table

Hooray!
You're on fire. I thought I would brighten your day with a little monty python fitting of the occasion.

I liked the grey castle the best, but there were some spots of greatness in the tan town. I did not like the layouts or the coaster colors, however.

Hey all
Thanks for the comments :) and as always thanks to the guys who prepared the release. love the logo its perfect.

This is a ride that I have been building for a long time. And although it only just scraped the design mark (by the same amount KC missed the gold mark :p ), It's one of my personal favorites of mine.

I think its the pleasing asthetics of having mirrored coasters that gets me. I find the idea elegent and love the look of old rides such as Racer and Rebel yell as they peel apart and come back together. I was always sad the dueling ultra twisters that togo designed were enver built.

Although it seems the judges dont agree with me. :) I've got it out of my system now.

Im suprised im so high up in number of designs. As 4 of those 6 (JP: Rampage, Multiplicity, Zero and Knights) have all come in the last year. I hope to have War of The Worlds finnished by Xmas too.

Any more replies for this?

Roomie I love the larger grey castle towards the left of the screen. That architecture was really well done.

I can't wait to see your next projects.
