After In:Cities finished his first silver accolade „Ivalice“, that dates back more than two years, he started directly on building „Sea World's Aquatica: San Diego“. And now, two years of patience later, the waiting has an end! Sea World's Aquatica: San Diego is finished with a little help of SSSammy and Splitvision and grabed nearly the same score as Ivalice, what undermatches the prospects drawn by its thread.

But now lets take a look inside the park:
Aquatica is a pure waterpark, which fills the whole map with water slides of nearly each model in each corner. The biggest amenities are all the crazy ideas to make every slide so special with a discerning eye for the detail, like the orca next to „Kanaloa“ or „Polar Plunge“. But also the smaller attractions like „Lo'okoa Lagoon“ are taming the devil in the details. The beach, the foliage and the cliffs are radiating a typical air of a paradiselike island. And that's what Auqatica is there for, to have fun, to relax, simply having a good time. Auquatica lives up to its promise.

All in all Sea World's Aquatica: San Diego is definitely one of the better Silvers at NE, but just with little improvements it could be more, e.g. a custom entrance and a smoother pathwork. Stay tuned, we're already looking forward to Busch Gardens: The Dark Continent!

Yay, glad to see this finished and congratulations on the accolade! Hopefully I'll get a chance to look at this in game soon, but from the overview it looks great. The landscaping and foliage give a nice natural feel and the vibrant colours make for a really warm atmosphere. The only thing I'm not so keen on is the paths, which are a bit angular and seem to slice through their environment rather than flow smoothly, and I'm not a fan of the two-tone look with the dirt and tiled path types. But other than that, good job!

I bought some batteries, but they weren't included.

I found there was only one way to look thin: hang out with fat people.

I recorded my hair this morning, tonight I'm watching the highlights.

To be honest, I had more anticipation for this then it deserverd after all. While it is a good diverse waterpark, some things are just messed up, and other things are real sloppy/too easily built. Pay a bit more attention to your next releases Josh, and you will get the gold. I think thats why this is just silver, could have been gold if you fixed a few things a bit. None the less, congrats on the accolade :)!

Thanks guys:] I know I rushed a bit on getting this completed, and could have done better. I'm really starting to improve in this game, and have had tons of inspiration lately.

Thank you so much for the kind words. I'll keep continuing to build cool stuff for you all!

I think Silver is right for this park. There are lots and lots of good elements, but overall it's a bit messy. There's too much brown instead of bright green to give this the right vibrant atmosphere it deserved. Love Splitvision's area, by the way. One of the best features in the park!

I'm sorry I gave this such a low vote as I did enjoy looking at this quite a bit. The slides were all very interesting, and I do like seeing waterparks as I think they're quite difficult. A lot of the complaints above did bring it a bit down for me. However, the biggest issue for me was the name... I'm a big proponent of the name fitting the park, so since it's branded Aquatica, I'd expect it to look like an Aquatica park. I just didn't get any of that feel from this. I think you could've been much better suited to name it something different and go with that. Overall, it's good to see a finished park, and I'm excited to see more coming from you as each release shows improvement. Good luck on your next park!

Thanks buddy:] That means a lot.

On a side note, I remember someone saying you work at a theme park in Florida. Which one again?

SeaWorld, Aquatica & Discovery Cove. :p
That's why I was excited to see you brand it like that, but also why I was as critical as I was!

Ohhh haha. For some reason I thought you worked at Disney, which is why I was asking. My girlfriend and I have annual passes so we've been going to Orlando like every week lol.

But man thats awesome!
I've been to Aquatica about 4 or 5 times, so thats why I got the inspiration for it.
I just for some reason took it with a little more fantasy style than realism;]
