• Description

  The R.M.S. Titanic...Build as the greatest ship in the world has been rebuild. Since it is build without the safety standards of today the only thing that the owners could do was to turn it in to a floating hotel.
  
  You must create a thrilling water-themed Pirate Park around the ship. You must repay you're loan of €500.000,- and have a park value of €250.000,-
  
  Off course you guys here have much more experience then me, so I'm always open for advice from other members to make things even look better...
  
  I started 11 years ago on my first Titanic-scenario and have build a lot of newer versions to make the perfect replica. I never finished a park build around this ship and tried many times. I hope that I can finish this park this time. I can also put it up as a download so you can build your own version.
