Banana Republic
Never assume a project is dead just because it is old. CoasterWizard started this park way back in 2003 and even turned it in July of last year back when iris was running the show, but somehow it was forgotten, until last month when we got him to re-submit the park. Well now all the waiting is over and this classic LL park gets to see it's Loooooong awaited release!

We start with the best ride in the park, the Diamond Mine Disaster, one of the most impressive mine train rides I have ever seen with a highly adventurous layout that even includes a huge drop off a waterfall! Now thats wild. The Diamond Basin area of the park also has a good assortment of supporting rides and awesome mine shafts all over the place, great attention to detail there.

Here you get a peak at two of the parks star rides, the B&M Tepeyilloti and a nice free floating log flume Swampy Ruins. Tepeyilloti has a classic old school Fatha-esq' start with a loop followed by a cobra roll and then ends a little to soon. The coasters do hurt this park, infact I think Cork wanted to puke after seeing the wooden one in the Pirates Peninsula area, but what else can you expect from a Canadian, they only have snow and ice up there :-p

Finally we get a look at Playa Del Platano, one of the best themed LL areas I have seen in a long time. The main ride here is the Street's of Playa Del Platano, which is part parade, part target shooter and part footpath obstruction, a combo that you got to love! Also in this area you get to see the detail CW goes into to hack the parks trademark bananas up into trees, great idea.

This park was really, really close to making SRU, but the coasters knocked it down a notch, however since you have such a nice logo already made you get it on the page. Congrats on the win CoasterWizard, I hope you build again, because I think you would have a decent shot at a spotlight, just please don't take another 4 years!
