One of two runner-ups this round, and the only RCT (original) one. A great collaboration park from three of the best upcoming parkmakers at the moment, Aviator, Coasterct Nick, and OZONE (who was already given a NE Parkmaker Spot). The park is brand new, but construction was, for the most part, done long ago, directly after the completion of OZONE & Aviator's "AO Convention". The skills aren't quite as refined as they are today, yet the park is just really enjoyable. A great atmosphere, and I'm really impressed with how well the different themes contrasted. Using different mythilogical legends from various European countries as the basis for the park. Wales, Norway, Italy, Greece, Ireland, and more, all with great rides and architecture to call it's own. We already knew how well OZONE & Aviator complimented each other, but the addition of Coasterct Nick was just icing on the cake.
This is a shot of the tremendous looking park entrance. I think it's quite evident that Coasterct Nick did the majority of the work through the park entrance, and if not, then OZONE or Aviator did a great job mimicing his style. This is actually one of the most interesting screens I've ever seen from Coasterct Nick (assuming it's his), as most of his stuff, while good, seems to leave me a bit boring. Anyways, the architecture is beautiful and the atmosphere really paves the way for the rest of the park.
Another shot of Coasterct Nick's work, as he constructed the entire middle island of the park, the dark Norway section. Here, you'll find "Erebos: God of Death", an excellent mine train that flies up and around the gloomy island. Again, the architecture is vintage CRCTN, and it's really not much compared what he can do today (check out his Project Crypto advertisement), yet the area just seems to fit perfectly. I love the Steel Gate that sits at the area's entrance, and the mine train really is a beauty.
Here's a shot of the "Greek Diplodation" area of the park, which is definitely either the work of OZONE or Aviator (my guess is OZONE because of those horrible coaster ratings). Here you'll see the split track spires of "Helios: God of the Sun", a crazy split flying coaster, and my favorite ride in the park, regardless of the rather bad ratings. Also shown, a beautifully done 3D show, "Greek Tales". That is definitely my favorite screen of the park, and can also be seen representing Mystilogica on The List, seeing as it debuted at number 49 this week.
