Congratulations to ride6 on his newest Hidden Park, Waters of Civilization! Taking over a project originally abandoned by RCTyrant and completely revamping it, ride6 was able to show off his full potential in this park. Originally making a splash with his Pro Tour entry, he then went on to win a runner-up with Sunburst Shores, but it's not until now that people can see ride6 for the talent he truly is, and the sole reason I picked him (and don't plan on trading him) in H2H3. With the kind of theming and coaster skills this guy is capable of, I would be crazy to. Definitely proving his worth with this beautiful water-themed park, moving his way up the non-parkmaker list in a hurry.
Here you'll see the sick "Raceway of Ra" dueling wooden coasters that rampage through an entire corner of the map. With 10+ ratings and insane, powerful layouts, this is definitely my favorite ride in the park. Very creative duels and near misses matched with an overall great layout, and very well themed adds up for a complete winner. You can also see the much improved architecture of ride6 in this screen, something else that jumped out at me while viewing this park. Finally, there's the "Nile Falls" water ride that I absolutely love, with the two parallel drops shown above.
Next up looks like its a screen from some voodoo, slob, or Kraken work, but really it's just the "River of the Gardens" rapids ride found in Waters of Civilization. Great landscaping, absolutely beautiful flowers, and a terrific rapids ride, fully equipped with track merges everywhere. You can see above the rapids ride has an awfully steep drop, not to mention a custom lift hill to speed things up for the final plummet. More beautiful architecture is shown, and in the bottom right hand corner you can see a peak of the "Stairway to Heaven" 10+ Intamin Giga coaster.
Finally here you see a bit more conventional Atlantis-y theming. With a coaster that I really didn't care for (one of the few I didn't like in this park), it resembled "Eversio Lumeria" from Rivers of Babylon too much. You gotta be original with your coaster ideas, and while this park is for the most part, he seems to have slipped up here. Anyways, the theming is still terrific and the architecture is great. Congratulations ride6 on proving why you're allowed to "Criticise" whoever you want...you've got the skills to do so.
