Really love this, like I said on stream the new restaurant looks really great I think. I especially love the height markers that you've added; nice touch.
With the supports on the brake run of the mine train, I'd suggest adding footers to them, especially on the ones that go over the water.
Overall, the improvements made to this park are quite impressive, unfortunate that you're so limited with objects but you're making do and creating some great-looking stuff.
Only thing I liked better on the old one was the station's roof colors.

I love that brake run. Such good placement. I will say that another color should be added to the area, everything is just a shade of green and yellow. Something to break that up would be nice being that the two colors are so similar already.
Keep going though, I'm a big fan of this project.
Add brake run footers and you are gold. The park is looking so enjoyable and impressive.
Really nice work. Keep it up. The theme is pulled off really well and I'd like to see more.
That station building could use some work, not a fan of the roof texture nor the bulky shape of the building. I love the composition of the screen though, that coaster looks very nicely detailed and the layout from what I can remember is integrated very well.
