  This is way too random and chaotic for me. If that wasn't your goal I'd say start over, because this entrance is ruined beyond repair.

  I agree that this doesn't really work as a whole, but there are certain parts that I think would look great if lifted into another park.  That tight circular cluster of trees and flowers is a pretty cool mix, and I could totally see that working as an artificial garden in a space theme or something.  The stack of two gated fences used as cashier railings is a nice touch too and accurately gets the form across.
