Description
I decided to give up on my last park and start anew. This is the beginnings of a beach-side park that is modeled after Virginia Beach. There are going to be larger buildings close to the beach with the rides being caught in various sections. I hope I've improved with my building making. (Probably not) Although I'm pretty proud of the parking garage.

There's no way for cars on the top floor of the garage to descend...
It looks like it, I'll probably change the colors. There's actually a gap between the top floor and the second floor. There's also a way down on the other side for the second to first floors.
The garage should probably be a fair bit larger than the buildings it's near. each floor of the garage should be about the same size as each floor of the buildings nearby.
actually the garage floor height is smaller then average house is. on a normal story you have half a story inclines, so 2 decks per level is not uncommon
