I think this would look better with some smoother terrain, the contrast in texture kind of hurt it and is distracting because there is simply so much vertical land facade. Look at some highly rated LL parks, they usually have the best mountainous landscaping and could probably help you out with this.
Other than that its pretty decent, although I would shy away from using the full blocks that you are using for the roofs in this area, the texture is extremely bland and boring and doesn't really eve look good.
You ideas and execution is good, now you just need to bring it to the next level.
