Can i complain about the TT pathblock used at the cafe? That's not actual NCSO, as it's converted by someone else. And what's with the stairs on the exit path of the giga coaster? Is that the path or are they custom objects?
^The only non-base game object(s) being used are paths [outside the café is the full-tile checkerboard object]. It's being built on an NCSO bench so...
Foliage could use some work, but the architecture is superb.

Pity you didn't go all the way with NCSO, which kinda defeats the purpose IMO.

A++ work on the diner.
Still, I think it's kinda not really NCSO when you're using paths that didn't come with the game. I get the benefits of the full tile paths, but what makes the appeal of NCSO are the workarounds needed to make it look nice.

I think NCSO is more of a stylistic change than it is anything else, honestly.
There's no way those are the full tile path stairs, definitely Toon's quarter tile steps. Not that I care, I think using custom path objects are fine.
This is awesome. I think the carousel cover could be tidied up a bit. Maybe since it's a carhop diner you could use some cool hacked cars to sit in under the custom umbrellas instead of the benches?
What you're doing with the custom supports is sheer brilliance, also.
@steve, there's a full tile path that has steps that match the toon steps.
That Cafe/Diner is awesome.
As is the station of the coaster.
I agree with steve on the carousel cover though.
