  The birthday pavilion should really be larger shouldn't it? I would use monorail track for it. Trees look better now.

  A nice start, but I agree with what was said on your other screen about realism vs RCT appeal: Granted, the real Alamo restaurant looks quite simplistic (from some images I searched) but I think here, in game, it's coming off as too texture-less and it's difficult to define its edges. I think some subtle trims would help, and perhaps use wall pieces with a bit more grit to their appearance to give off some depth. There's always some room to cheat realism a bit for the sake of making something look more appealing
