I like the layout, looks pretty good. The buildings could use a bit more detail though. Right now they are a bit bland and blocky.
I like the waterfall interaction and the layout is nice. Scenery is very bare though, try adding some more towers or buildings in the middle.
But really, I think the coaster is quite nice, but the (lack of) scenery fails to do it justice. I would start with creating an attractive landscape. Some smooth hills, valleys, maybe a tunnel, some jagged edges, ponds, whatever you feel the coaster needs. Try to break free from the game's grid.
It looks like the peeps on the main path can't see your cool fountain-flyby element because the land is raised

GOOD
Very X-Flight (which is good). Foliage and landscaping need some serious love.
