All the games, shops and stalls really do a lot to liven the area up.
Looks lovely. I'd like to see you push little details even more, especially with this being a design. Crack the paving, leave some grass un-mowed etc.
Also, would be nice to see you vary the foliage a bit from release to release.

I agree with both Louis' points. Since you don't have to worry about the object limit this time, it would be cool to see you building in a geewhzz-like quality by adding those extra details that could really make this design special. Louis already mentioned some. I would suggest to add some sitting peeps playing the arcade games. Could be a nice touch, as they look kind of cold-shouldered by the visitors.
I still think your foliage is way too dense. Simply removing some trees here and there would look better, more spacious and would evade the tacky transition between grass fields and trees.
The buildings look ace.

Im perfectly fine with ya style dude, just could use different foliage, different path and building textures to make it that little more interesting. I do enjoy the bold strikes of purple tho.
My first thought, also. I do agree with everyone else, however.
Excellent atmosphere and detail, excited to take a look soon. We don't see nearly enough designs- looking forward to this one.
I don't like the brick piece that sticks out at the bottom of the white/red building. Looks weird. Furthermore, I think the yellow and the red stalls/game booths(?) are too empty inside.
Otherwise it looks nice!
