Ethiopian theming, and GDB didn't build it?

Jokes aside, this is pretty cool, and a super unique theme.

So good one of the best areas in the park. Love everything although I do believe the castle could use some freshening up. Very unique some of my favorite work of yours. Just so CLEAN!

Is that a food stall top right? Too unrealistic for me.

I wonder where you took your inspiration from, as it doesn't scream Ethiopia to me, but it's a nice screen nonetheless. Maybe too many Ethiopian reaches combined?

It's all based on well known Ethiopian architecture

I agree, the fallen pillar is amazing. The upper right hand corner is so lovely... that building with the foliage.

Haha a swinging ship in a zone themed after a landlocked country with hardly any navigable rivers? But it's a great to see how wonderful this area has turned out!

  • Recurious%s's Photo

The swinging ship is part of the Eritrea area mate

(I totally did not only notice that Ethiopia was landlocked after I had almost finished the swinging ship)

Exactly! There was even a replica of a well-known ancient Ethiopian church at one point. Bit of a shame it was removed, I liked it and it was very well done.

The swinging ship makes sense as, like Recurious pointed out, Ethiopia had a coastline and a navy until Eritreas independence in 1991. (See also: Kingdom of Aksum)
