Good stuff. Feels like kind of a throwback for you in terms of simplicity, which I think is good. Some of it is still a bit sloppy and odd, but there's enough good for it to be overlooked at the moment.

Adore those central pillars + wooden beams, parks need more of them as a means to add shade and break up large expanses of path.

    fantastic cropping

Given the cropping of this I find it hard to give full criticism but the individual buildings/elements work well on their own. I imagine the area as a whole will come together; this seems like some of your most coherent work to date.

Is there a point to the trellis' in the paths? I like them, they just seem kind of unnecessary. Maybe if there were benches or something under them?

Also, the foliage has me a little puzzled for the setting. Seems like this kind of stucco-inspired architecture would be better presented in a more arid climate? The trees seem very temperate and cool and contrast sharply with the warm facades. Throw in some palms!

I fully agree with Steve. The cropping is awful, but the architecture is brilliant. I don't like the trees, though. The newer large tree object made by Liampie look way better than the two different trees you made here. The foliage is also a little bit repetitive, with only three species of tree. I kind of hope the layout of the woodie is good. The turn you can see on this screen seems to lack flow.

Get rid of the thing on the path and post normal screenshots, then you're good.

Wonderful as always. The top building is truly beautiful.

I really like. Not as full as your usual screens but very clean yet fully detailed. I love the brown awnings over the path. Those fences on the station don't work for me, totally out of theme. Great job dude!

That enterprise queue. This stirs emotions in me towards the game I've long not had. Thank you.

I literally didn't crop the dirt out from one screen that makes one (or 2) of the buildings in the "top screen" look like shit lol. It's more readable than what the screen suggests. Other thing detail wise that might be a little on the "sloppy" side is the fake theming stairs on the white tower building.

I do like them and I like way they break up the path and facilitate path flow. However, I do think steve's right that I need to give them more of a purpose. Hopefully that will be a sufficient compromise.

Okay. I prefer to use foliage represent the actual location of the park rather than using it to represent a theme (unless I am doing a park IP that is known for going that extra step). This is meant to be located in the Rockies (landscaping that will come later will help this), and a mexican theme does fit that location rather well. On tree selection, I have tried both of those Liam trees that you've suggested, and I don't like the aesthetics of those trees. They didn't fit well.

I know this screen is kind of shit due to the editing, but I'm glad people can still extrapolate good criticism out of that. Thanks :)

That's a great thing to hear, because that's intentional. I know that's not an excuse for shit work but it will hopefully clear things up with a readme. I like little imperfections in parks, and my intent with this project isn't to make everything perfectly or modelistic.

Steve already said it and you agreed; but give those awnings purpose (benches?). Maybe put some flowers/flowerboxes or something with them? Might add a nice pop of color too. Basically more benches and lamps and such in general, looking again.

    Curious to see more!
