The "real" spotlight this round isn't my Troy's Ancient Resort. In reality, Natelox blew everyone away with his incredible, double-map resort, entitled Disney's Discovery Island. This is by far Natelox' best project to date, and it has catapulted all the way to my #1 spot on The List, and it will remain my favorite RCT1 park in history, so congratulations Natelox on such an accomplishment.

Don't be turned away by the Disney prefix. This park is classic Natelox. Although, he does take a lot of effort in trying to replicate Disney parks (tons of dark rides, trademark Disney rides, lots of attention to detail, and clever rides), the park just can't escape the Natelox genius, but the mix of 2 styles comes out perfectly. The thing I love about this park, is the rides (like any other Nate park). The variety of ride types, prototypes, and extremely-detailed rides all mix together for the best coaster lineup ever. The park's centerpiece attraction is "Discovery Mountain Mining Inc.", which replaces Space Mountain for this park's headliner. A B&M Floorless Coaster which launches you straight into a collapsing mine, with a terrific layout and beautiful theming. Then there's "Journey Into Imagination", which takes the Epcot inspired ride idea, and completely turns it upside down, literally, in this extreme 4D that flies through the World of Imagination section of the park. Another Epcot ride is modified, with "Rocket Rovers: Test Track", which takes the same premise as the Orlando attraction, but takes riders through more high speeds, through rocks, and around the space area of the park. "Curse of Skull Rock" also provides for a one-of-a-kind adventure on a small island in the right side of the park. Then, there are the various dark rides/dark coasters, including "Figment's Time Machine", "Indiana Jones: Quest for Inca", "Quasar Taxi", "The Hunchback of Notre Dame", and "Pirates of the High Seas". Some extremely incredible water rides also, along with tons of beautiful flats & dark rides. This is by far the best park I've ever seen. Hands down.
