In one of the stranger spotlight rounds of New Element history, where there was no clear cut winner the entire time, Corkscrewed's Meadowbrooke Falls Theme Park edged over other parks for the crown. Originally built as map 4 for the prestigious Crestland Heights Resort, he submitted it realizing the mammoth project wouldn't be finished. Corkscrewed's final RCT1 park unveiled.

Now while Cork's style isn't for everyone, I was blown away by a few areas in this park. There were one or two that were a bit iffy, but overall, the park captured an entirely different atmosphere then every other park does. The park starts off in Lake Como, a beautiful lakeside plaza that features a thrilling Dive Machine. Incredible architecture and theming all throughout. Gibraltar, an excellent tan/medievel area featuring "Conquistador", a launched inverted coaster blasting through the mixed scenery. Emerald Glen is a one of a kind area, with grey medievel theming and cemetaries and gardens located inside. Swashbucker's Cove, Concord Hill, Oregon Country, and Paradise Isle round out the park. This is a definitely a love/hate park that you'll either open up over and over again, or you'll be looking for something completely different. But either way, congrats to Cork for winning the spotlight in the waning days of RCT1.
