The jazz tracks from SimCity 3000, and a couple of the minimalism pieces too.

Oh, and a couple of bits from the original Rayman.

I'm not much into video game music. Yes, some are really good, but most often it's childhood sentiments and other kind of associations. The opening tune of the original RCT isn't that interesting but I'm sure it will still trigger an emotional reaction fifty years from now just because I've played the game to death. Same goes for Pokémon, which is by the way better written music than RCT. Tiberian Sun's industrial sounding soundtrack is quite awesome as well, but only in game context.

One track I'd like to highlight however: the Hell March from Red Alert.

This is so fucking badass. Works without the game that I haven't even played much. I love the change of pace halway through, where the rhythmic industrial makes place for a gloomy atmospheric section with more synths.

As a bonus, here's a Pokémon Silver/Gold house remix that I like quite a bit. Works surprisingly well, got some awesome riffs in there. I think Sulakke discovered this remix so you owe him.

Another bonus: I know absolutely nothing about this game, but I think the music is supposed to be good: Final Fantasy. The composers of final fantasy also have a band where they adapt the FF themes with a progmetal style. Some songs sound really cool. If you're into FF, you might want to listen to this.

I was waiting for someone to post the Red Alert music. Good job, Liam.

Assassin's Creed has always had a pretty good soundtrack collection. I love the variant theme from AC3.

One rather unknown OST is the Arkham games. Some of the best Batman music out there. Here's the main theme from Arkham City.
