Ask the Experts / Is there 1/9 1/16 1/25 and 1/32 blocks?

With the game we have 1x1 blocks. And we have many 1/4 blocks as CSO. So is there exist  1/9 1/16 1/25 and 1/32 blocks? 

You can only place things on a 1/4 tile scale. So, while there are 1/16 blocks, they only can be placed in the corners of the 1/4 tile that they're on.

I mean something like this. You only need four 1/16 block then you can build on a 1x1 tile.

And with  1/64 block you can make very detailed thing. For example if you want a ladder you can make it with 1/64 blocks and you don't need to add a ladder cso to your scenery list. So I really want these tiny blocks they can help you make anything.

and then you realized that you used tons of objects to create something that could be build with a single click and not taking 100 sprites and a huge amount of time. Word of advise: detail is a tool to make something great, not a goal.
