This park was posted as the winner of RCT2.com's December Vacation Park. For the few that have wacky worlds, download Asian Adventures by clicking here or if you want to read the reviews and description, View the brochure.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Asian Adventures is my first solo park since Virginia Creek Theme Park (before the days of custom scenery) and also my first park using Wacky Worlds. The park is based on different lands in Asia to include:

    China
    Japan
    India
    Middle East
    Turkey
    Vietnam

Here is the main entrance area with the ticket booths and the station to the Orient Express:

you are one of two people I have seen make Wacky Worlds look good. well done.

Meretrix made it look way better. ;)

But this isn't bad. Of course, that's because most of the scenery is regular RCT 2 and custom scenery. :D

It looks promising except for htose WW trees.

IMO it is impossible to make those look good.

If you get rid of htose, im interested.

Two more screenshots, this time from the Vietnam Jungle. Here is the B&M sit down coaster Viper, which is a common snake in Vietnam. The layout and setting is similar to that of Colossus @ Thorpe Park, with less inversions (7 total):

It's nice enough, the cobra roll could be wider I think and the green water is... well, odd. The station could do with an injection of colour too.

Other than that I like the use of WW scenery... at least it's something different.

It's not bad. I think it captures the feel of the themed area's quite well.

Too bad it's WW, now I can't see it.

i dislike you for using WW.

Viper is also a common roller coaster name.

The new screens remind of the chinese area in Aero's Wormwood, just not as good. ;)X The station fits the theme but is still bland.

I think the green water completes the jungle theme quite well seeing as how water is never totally blue like in the game. Looks a bit too outgoing to be a B&M. As you said though, its based off of Collosus, which explains the many heartline rolls. Park looks great, but why must it be WW? Why??!!!!!!!!

Because Mike felt like it. I like the first screen best. Add some colors, red maybe. Something. Looks good though. Very atmospheric, if that is even a word. As good as Myths, Legends and Folklore was i'm glad to see good ol' solo Mike Robbins again, i loved Virginia Creek and still do. Hell, it's still my number 2 (completed) park behind Euroscape (I'm RCT2 only, i can't get LL to run on my XP).

Micks architecture dirastically changed the atmosphere in MLF and to me anyway, ruined the "aroa" that surronds your parks. Good luck Mike.

1st screen on the last post, i love the tree selection and the landscapin and the barrier and everything else, but i just dont like the coaster with all them banked turns, i think if you change them it would look a hell of a lot better

2nd screen, i love it to bits the cobra roll looks really good going into that cave sort of thing, and i really like the collosus style layout, where the supports are not going into the path yet they are going in to some rocks which i thinks looks A+ok

EDIT: don't like the station, too plain maybe something else on that big plain wooden roof?

First time I've heard that. Mick saved MLF from being just an 'average' park to a great park. His architecture saved a lot of my plain buildings.

Anyway, on topic....... I wanted to try WW because of the great Asian themeing it came with. It also has some good European scenery which I'm actually using to make the India section. The India section is complete and my favorite section so far. It has a very nice 4D coaster (my first) and a standard Schwarzkopf shuttle loop with a fantastic, almost "Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom" feel to it. I'll post those screens sometime in the next day or two.

The only thing I don't like are the cabana bamboo rooves and walls, and the double twist. Other than that, it looks great! :SA:

Hey Mike. The coaster has a nice layout and I like the colors of it. IMO, I like the green water. It helps it fit in more with the environment. The plants have a nice touch also. Basically waht everyone else said. Nice job.

I hate you for using WW though.

^ Sorry I don't have a Korean section of this park. I did think about it before, but thought it might be too similar to China and Japan.
