If this isn't nominated in the 2012 Awards for "Best Foliage," I'm leaving.

    yeah thanks bro... any feedback?

honestly I enjoyed this a lot, perhaps foliage could be done better but the landscaping is quite remarkable.

My biggest complain was the foliage. You should really work on that and make it denser (if you're going for a rain forest like in this case) and more diverse.

In regards to the foliage, you had pretty much every problem in the book. Two or three types of trees absolutely wall-to-wall looks awful and bland. You need more colors and thus more types of trees weaved in to break it up. You also need to break up the sections of trees so it's not entirely one continuous mass. There need to be clearings and feathering into/away from cliffs, waterways, and paved areas. You also need a lot more underbrush to fill in the spaces beneath the trees, and you have to carefully choose what set of shrubs you will use because it has to fit with the trees - both in colors (not necessarily be the same color, just go well with it) and with respect to the region.

The station was alright and the layout was just alright. The map needed much more on it as a whole. The accolade may be called "Design" but you have to think about it as more of a snapshot of a park. You must integrate the design completely.

Landscape is great--I love the height variation. Foliage was uninspired. Layout wasn't perfect, but you're on the right track.

    The rollercoaster looks really cool!

i tried to reply earlier on my phone but it didn't come through. MA said it all in less words.

the layout shows potential, no doubt. the contrast between the track color, the dead grass, and the jungle trees is very appealing. the landscape was good, albeit a little messy. the placement of the waterfall is very cool, but hte placement of the transfer track really detracts from the beauty.

i know i voted almost as low as possible on this, but you have potential. keeping building em and sending em in. looking forward to more.

Hey guys, thanks for all the responses and feedback!
My main goal with this design was to show to you that I was capable of making an more interactive design as was mentioned in one of my other projects. I think i may have been to lazy on making a convincing looking foliage. I agree with all the comments, the rainforest is not dense and variating enough. I also saw some problems with the layout of the coaster but; i am in it for the fun! That is the most important part.
Learning stuff from you guys is awesome! And most of the time i am capable of handling most of these comments. But sometimes i finish things to quickly which leads to disappointing results. I will try to save you guys from this in the future. I appreciate to be part of this community and look forward to the next time i have time to start my next project.

It's attitude like that, that this community desperately needs. On the other hand like you said, finishing a design quickly vs. making it 'up to par' with what is considered quality work is easier to do than taking your time as it does become very long. Which is something i noticed right away. I have some designs/parks that, back in the day, i spent almost 20 hours on... woahhhh. A good example for me anyway is my park Atlantic Adventures.. I built that whole park in less that 70 in game years.. but my little design i just finished (Seahawk) I spent over 80 in game years. So yes, once you can take the patience and time it takes to make a quality design/park you'll be so much further along in the game.

With your attitude and acceptance with feedback, I'm sure you'll improve greatly, and very quickly.
