Wow.. really enjoyed this! So much interaction, its intense! There were some really nice scenes that i'll add pics to below. I think if I were voting, I'd give this a 70%. Night Terror was such a great invert.. so much going on and I loved how it interacted with everything. The wooden coaster as well was a highlight. The queue was very pretty..

Thanks otter, the standard of NCSO has been raised considerably in the last few years thanks to builders such as yourself

Such a nice park Sam, I enjoyed it a lot. Great job! Super fun atmosphere all around and while the there isn't anything too innovating in the park, the atmosphere is really unique and fresh. My favourite part were the gardens at the end of the park.

Maybe don't let your guests have balloons next time :p they were kind of distracting sometimes in my opinion. Very nice stuff overall though. Good to see you build man!

Thanks again Deurklink! Great to hear all the love and criticism!

Thanks Leon - I don't spend too much time playing so I'm just very glad to hear people are enjoying what I build! The balloon situation is definitely out of hand!

Really charming park.I love the gardenesque feel to everything and the density makes it feel like a cute rural park of some sort.

It's a really fun park with a nice vibe - would love to see more like this.

Two weeks and I'm just now the 10th community vote? Preposterous!

This is actually my favorite NCSO release of the year, and this has been a major year for quality NCSO releases. I am somewhat biased towards a realistic look with more authentically chaotic color and texture variations over "classic" styles of parkmaking that focus on large areas with mostly uniform color schemes, and I believe this has captured that aesthetic very cleanly despite it appearing a bit disorderly at first glance. The buildings are not over-detailed (no forced wooden post or steel fence trims), but there is also not a single building that seems lacking in this regard. You've managed to find that balance that eludes most NCSO builders. The foliage is placed very thoughtfully in deliberate shapes with the terraforming complementing it beautifully; something that even Gold-level parks  (or higher) often overlook.

This little corner best captures what I love about NCSO realism:

The only real downside is watching poor IRN BRU hopelessly pace back and forth between the loop and the brake run, but this seems to be exclusive to myself as the viewer since, after 17,000 riders, the launch only screws up after I've opened the park. It could be a result of my running a 2018 version of Open.

    CC9 - thanks man!

Terry - Thank you for the kind words! At a time when NCSO is at an all-time high in terms of quality, that comes as high praise!

Finally got a chance to look through this park.

Jesus dude, you've still got it. Better than ever haha. So vibrant and full of life. I love how you established clear color palettes and motifs and stuck with them throughout the park. Just excellent.

    Highlights for me:

    - Big gardens in the back of the park. The pink horse coaster just looks fantastic over the grass.

    - Invert layout and colors are ace.

    - Orange and blue coaster is unique and awesome. Love the support structure.

    - Green truck

    - Big wooden coaster and the how it interacts with the landscape. Just so good. I love how picturesque the setting is.

So I guess I'm the odd man out on this one. There are some cool moments like the dive in the ravine with the wooden coaster.  The main drawback for me on this one is how incoherent and messy it is in places. Especially in the front half of the park where the log flume to the invert are.  There are some snippets of nice object use, but also some bad instances, imo. For instance the entrance to the invert uses the goliath sign and it doesn't work for me. The landscaping around the park is great, though, and does deserve praise.

Is the overview intentionally shaped like a foot? Aside from the loop/invert interaction that I witnessed taking at least 27 lives while viewing this park, I really enjoyed it. It's certainly a bit chaotic and messy in places, but it felt organic and crafted to me rather than a haphazard mess that I'd react negatively to. It's so full of cute interactions, fun rides, and enjoyable storytelling.

I did notice that your foliage selection is very uniformly tall, rather than using different height trees to distinguish massing, but the way you shape them still results in a very clear, organic and well-crafted landscape that I can't fault.

I'm honestly surprised that I'm the lone high vote on this.

What a fun park, a great addition to the site's NCSO collection. How refreshing to see people use actual roofs as roofs and not track for the sake of generating interest and unnecessary texture and colour.

One of my favorite aspects was the interaction of everything and the terrain. I really like how the park sits in the landscape and the foliage helps with this as it's a really good mi imo. I do have to say at times it feels a little too dense though. This also can be contributed by textures from roofs and paths overflowing into each other creating a bit of a blur. But you've left plenty of other rides space to breathe, my favorite probably being The Lord's Horses.

Love to see you do more!

"It isn't right that the park should be getting so close to the manor house." Says Wendy Fuller, resident of nearby Hiscock-on-Craithe. "It's such a beautiful building and the noise is now outrageous." Those local to Elizabeth Dale Amusement Park lament the expansion of the business. The park has grown the local economy steadily since opening with its first rides, a Ferris wheel, a carousel, and a scenic railway over 60 years ago.

Thrill-seekers, however, hold a different perspective. "Gwiber is so intense," remarks ride-lover Lucy Crinden breathlessly. "And the new ride 'The Lords' Horses' is amazing!" The park had its first big weekend of the season last week, and the owners are looking forward to entertaining guests as it has unfailingly for the last six decades. "Nothing will stop us enjoying the weather and making the most of our opportunities at Elizabeth Dale." Declared Clive Peniston, head of operations at the park. "No matter how many spells Wendy casts invoking a plague."

Huge thank you to posix, nin, and alex for their sage advice xxx
