  Not a bad start, however I feel like your buildings are very blocky and plain. Maybe try adding some more details on the facades. Also your foliage could use some work, it's very monotone and uses a lot of the same bushes and trees. Also most trees and plants seem randomly placed. Try to think more about the placement of your foliage.

  What are the buildings supposed to represent? Now it just looks like two buildings just for the fact that you need buildings. Give them a bit of purpose, that way you can incorporate them better with the rest of the park.
