Description
As the Mediterranean boardwalk is open 24/24 for our hotel guests, it provides more than just a beach. Go for a nice cocktail in our cocktailbar or buy some beach clothes in our boutique du plage. Want to read something while getting a tan? Go to the Libraire where you can rent a book.

Like the beach, architecture and the promenade, don't like the roofs. Make the colours a bit more random, that's the point of that object. Now it's too organised.
I'm not sold on the wall textures. I think the cleaner non-mud ones would work a lot better with the sort of style you have (of course add some crumbling bricks and stuff like you have.) Also, if you are going to use the multicolored rooves, use them sparingly. Like dash a few of them into regular colored roofs and also 'reverse the colors' on them to make sure you don't get a pattern like you have here. I'm actually not a fan here, I think some solid oranges and reds would fit a lot better and reduce the 'pinkiness' of the screen. Also, add some roof details- windows sticking out, chimneys, decorations, etc. One last thing (I'm being nitpicky, but it'll help you improve!) I don't like the racks of items which are all the same color. I'd recommend dashing in different colors to make it more vibrant.

I love the planters and the atmosphere you've created. Nice work on this area, I'm interested to see how you will make the transition to the rest of the work.
+1 on the roof colors, the same pattern repeating over and over is wierd. Easy fix there.
Also, are the windows top right accidentally painted black? Another quick thing to fix with the paintbrush.
Overall this looks very nice.
