has some interesting features, but im not sure about the whole submerged thing for the whole build. some houses look like they need some sort of sidewalk / exit rather then a straight dive into the water....

Look awesome. However I would avoid using the water blue colour for anything but water. That way you avoid things like architecture from blending in too much, like what has happened on the island bottom left.

So glad to see people taking such creative concepts and actually trying to make them work. Keep it up! I love it! This can be really, really great with a little work to make it slightly more interesting! Varied underwater ground surface and some more "oomph" (content like gadgets and gizmos) would make this shine. And maybe some colors to break up the light blue of the water.
