Pretty nice and good to see you building again. This is the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, right? I think it could use some more details (minerals, dwarfs, shacks, etc.), as real Disney parks are packed with them. This is kind of bland, but it is a good base for something great.

I like that bumpy drop. Looks very loose and out of control.. as a mine train should.

Great work! Looking forward to see where this project goes.

Glad to see you building again! It looks promising but I agree with Sulakke, it needs more interesting stuff to look at. I also don't like the colour of the birch trees, I'd use a different type of tree to add that shade of green. Just finsh it as Fantasyland and expand it afterwards if you still want to.

Yeh, definitely missing something. Not sure what it is, Sulakke is probably onto it though. The general screen is very nice however, the drop under the bridge and the waterfall are incredibly scenice, and with the path being right there it must be a great view.

Good luck deciding on the direction to take it.

I love mine trains in this setting. Beautiful.

What are the small 1k signs supposed to represent?

  • SlayMeGaga%s's Photo

^ i think there meant to represent lights? anyway i agree with everyone else saying that this screen is missing something, other than that i like it.

This ride is terrible irl. Wasted potential.

Looks good tho, just lacking the whimsical nature that Fantasyland has. It's a bit too dark and dry. Cool to see you do the concept again though, I've been wanting to tackle it again myself.

Very pleasant atmosphere, though I'd try to smooth out the jogging on the path if possible. Also, the rounded fisherman arches are too decorative and pretty for the old wooden bridge, I'd try a more standard and rickety-looking fence.

I think you can do a lot better. Especially with the more natural aspects of the area, terrain and foliage.

Ruben's Mine Train from H2H6 New Fantasy Land is still the benchmark. Your going to have to beat that if you want to really be impressive.

looks pretty trav-y to me. I think its good but maybe could use a bit more... magic? Like its a little plainly themed right now

Thanks for the input guys. While the bigger picture of this area definitely adds more of the whimsical nature than just this drop, I can definitely see what you all mean by needing some more oomph to it, and I like the quick ideas that Sulakke suggested so I'll look into something like that.

Stoksy, the 1k signs are supposed to be 'Please Keep Off The Grass' signs as I don't really want to put a fence there.

Maybe reduce the contrast between dense foliage and bare rocks. Mix them.
  • inthemanual%s's Photo

^But don't overdo it. The framing effect you have now does add a nice touch, so you don't want to lose it in a rock->tree gradient.

  • Liampie%s's Photo
Doesn't have to be a gradient. I'm not saying smoothen the transition, just mix them.
  • Six Frags%s's Photo

Too bland and boring, not enough Disney-feel to it..

  • nicman%s's Photo

I Feel like it's missing something on that hill. The foliage by the hill looks pretty good though.

  • nin%s's Photo

Are the "stay off the grass" signs really necessary? They don't seem to add much here.

  • Description

Deciding whether to keep this as just Fantasyland or make it a whole park. I definitely have worries that a whole park would take too long and/or I'd hit the object limit.
