  The facade is perhaps a bit overbuilt, but its very good!  The flat roof texture bothers me a bit, something a bit more harsh and possibly some deco trim would help.

  I don't think it's overbuilt. It's very pretty! I do agree with G Force about a little deco trim for the roof. Other than that, pretty much perfect.
