Back into the game? What happened to the space park?
First impression is great, very good vibe and atmosphere and great work on those buildings. My suggestions:
Lose the stone path and keep the off-white one for the entirety of the main walkway here. Then, use a wooden path on the very edge to give that illusion of a boardwalk you have going (supports look great there).
Underwater texture is a bit distracting. I think either the dull sand or bright sand textures would give this an even more tropical feel.
Everything else is great!
Looks great! Love that more people are using rocks underwater, looks so good, adding extra texture that is needed there.

Spectacular.
Something about this just doesn't click for me. Perhaps its the severe texture choices or just the way the screen was taken. Need a bit more color and variety, perhaps some changes in texture that aren't so distracting either.
you should change the colors on the brown flat top roofs.
