  Why is there a drop into a bunch of bushes on the rapids?

  Finally got my account activated and are now able to answer.

   

  navalin, the drop in the rapids goes into a hidden waterfall, just a random thing I added in the track at that location. The bushes are placed to cover the edges of the water tiles. But thinking of it now, maybe I should have worked with zero clearance and waterfalls?!
