Nice work sax! Grates or planter boundaries at the tree bases would pop really well.

Yeah, this is really good work. I can see you becoming a big RCT player in the near future with this progression. You have so much potential. I still agree with SpiffyJack on adding some planters. Do you have a reference screen of the gravel-tree combination at Knoebels?

So here's a Google Street View image of near the same spot in the park. I do like the idea of putting planters around all the trees, but as you can see, the gravel literally surrounds the trees and goes right to their bases. This is one of those "recreation accuracy" vs. "what looks good in-game" things that I still haven't figured out yet. I'm not still not sure I even like the off-white path for representing the gravel, but it looks better than anything else I've tried so far.

Also, thanks for the compliment! =)

Good work ! For me the next step for you now is to play a bit more with the textures (paths, archy, roofs) because right now is a bit too clinical, even for a recreation. I agree with Sulakke nonetheless. :)

I hate to say it but I'm not sure the off-white path is working for me. I get why it was suggested in reply to an earlier screen but to me it's just too yellow to be gravel.

You nailed the creation great.. If RCT generated tree shadows I think you would have been golden :D

You don't have to hate to say it.... I don't like the off-white that much either. It is too yellow.

I haven't been able to locate a lighter grey tile (slightly lighter grey than the default tarmac) with gravel-like texture yet.  It looks like in order for me (and others) to be truly happy I'm going to have to make one myself or find someone who can.

Thanks SpiffyJack! Maybe by the time I'm done with this the OpenGL lighting will be implemented and will look really good with this park!

@everyone else, thanks for the compliments and comments! I will be sure to incorporate!

Now it's starting to feel like Knoebels!
