Excitement in the theme park October 25, 2001
Last week, a new major attraction for the upcoming 2002 season was announced at a press conference of the "Erlebnispark Abenteuerhügel"
After the start of construction in 1992 and the opening in 1995, not much happened in the park. Only the kiddy coaster "Wilde Marienkäferfahrt" of "Gerstlauer Amusement Rides GmbH" was added to the wonderland area 1998. After that, the park stagnated until the current season 2001. But fans may look forward to the upcoming season, as executive director Dieter Stöckel last announced at a press conference. However, the 49-year-old did not want to reveal much: "I'm really looking forward to the new attractions, but I want to keep up the tension until the last day before the summer season in April.". But one thing he can say, the new attraction should have something to do with water. Many clues do not stay. However, the new sign "New 2002" at the end of the wonderland area lets many visitors speculate, it could be an area with antique theme. Fans just have to be patient until the next season. The park will go into the winter break next week and will open its doors again on April 24, 2002. -

Atmospheric, solid work again.
Got excited because I thought that was a launched coaster. Mildly disappointed that it's not.
The coaster pops really well but it needs more finish. A proper station, some buildings, manicured landscaping... anything.
Love this! Definitely has an RCT charm to it. I personally like it just the way it is.
I think there might be one or two too many "rocks" in the area; or at least they're a bit too random. Very charming and fun otherwise!

I'm not a fan at all of the coaster, the station and the queue. But otherwise it's nice and the mini golf is cute. I would advise you to take a new approach but keeping the red color of the coaster.
