you're being too recreationalist in your approach. i can tell that you looked at refs the entire time, and didn't think to care about what would make good rct. it's better to look at screens just to get an idea of the forms and color palates that you should be using...
your scale, again, is off, or at least it appears to be off. something that works well in rct is to always make your bottom storey 1-2 clearances higher than the rest.
Looking at this screen i would definitely have prefered black roofs, otherwise i'm really liking it though, although it looks a bit quiet around there, except for some people walking on the streat.
I prefer the use of black roofs as apposed to white. Though, that might get a little bit repetitive. I enjoy your attempt at trying not to be repetitive with your roofing colours.
I like the boat. Does that mean.....#BoatDay is coming soon? All jokes aside, you have done some lovely work, and I am looking forward to seeing the full release! Keep it up!

Nice stuff ! I really like the brick textures.
On the other hand I think the whole thing needs more diversity and details, right now the first thing I see is blocky structures.
The tourist boat is a nice detail for example.
