Sorry I wanted to say are you just submitting it for download.
With NE5 I think every submission is for accolade, after it gets the required amount of 'consensus' votes. Anything submitted has a download, so you'll definitely be able to download it. I think that answers the question..

Random comment but 1,500 odd views? I think that's one of the highest view counts on the site, I could be wrong if so ignore this appropriately, but with a quick scan of the top rated screens I don't see a higher view count.
