Wow, this looks great. That green building, that's ace. Love the blue color of that custom palette, and I remember the early GTA V mission set under that pier.

Looking at this, I can hear Too $hort's 'So You Wanna Be A Gangster' playing off West Coast Classics in my head. Really impressive.

A nitpick for you: Americans don't spell 'toilets' like that. A sign right there would most likely read 'restroom/s' or 'bathrooms.'

Love the raised road look, the blue is amazing and I like howenough of the road disappears under the other...i wonder where it goes!

I like this a lot! You seem to have fun with this. It sure looks great.

The only thing I'd suggest is to refine the tan building a bit since it looks quite unrefined compared to the green building and I'm not sure those white windows work for me. But if you like them you should stick to them.

Also, the entrance for the toilets is perhaps one unit too low. Almost looks like the peeps have to duck just to get in.

All in all, this is a nice looking project and I can't wait to see more of it.

not a fan of the roto drop roof on the left, or the cobblestone 1/4 strip near the planter.

Otherwise really nice detailing, the seafood building is sweet and I like the diagonal police car placement

Roygbiv makes a good point about the roto drop roof. I didn't notice it at first, but now the whole thing looks off, and it would look better as a plain, flat roof, to be honest, instead of this pyramid-like ornament plopped on top. Alternatively, replace one of the corner turrets on that building with a larger tower encasing the roto drop.

Still, lovely work. Atmosphere is dripping from the screen.
