Description
Started some months after the release of SWB but it was sitting in the fridge since the summer. I used some of the ideas in this park for the GT and new projects.
I hope that this park is done by the end of 2025 after i added 100k of unnecessary objects. -

love it, only thing I don't like is the zebra crossing, the raised wood planks don't work (because they are raised)
use the half 1/4 tile flat roof object for it instead and then the screen is perfect.

I'd put some cars in the lot, but otherwise it's perfect
It's decent. Nothing spectacular. Not sure what all the hype is about.

There are 2 Pokestops nearby. The parking at the hotel is a Tippelzone .
Looking good already! I'm interested to see where this goes
Edit: The more I look at this, I really do feel like it could benefit from a side entrance on the parking lot side so people don’t have to walk all the way around the side of the building.
