the objects you used for the coral are kind of bad but I really like how you used them

Damn, that turtle is half the size of a plane!

Cool concept, if you should continue.

Love how colorful this is. I don’t mind the object selection, it does read like corals. I think the landscaping is holding it back a bit, it has too harsh of a straight line right now, could use more organic forms.

I’d also suggest more infill between the corals. Usually with really lush coral reefs there is nary an exposed stone visible. There are typically also a lot of layers, almost like mushrooms growing on a tree trunk. Adding some of these forms through landblocks and other typical foliage types (but in different colors) would help elevate the reef and make it more aesthetically pleasing.

I like the objects used, but the landscaping below leaves a lot to be desired... What stands out most to me is the vertical land faces running in a perfectly straight diagonal across the screen. Corals build on corals to form reefs, they don't grow like grass on a field!

The ideas are there and very appealing, but I think you need to make sure the bigger picture is right before applying details.

To all who have commented, thank you for the feedback! After taking a closer look, Liam and AVC are definitely right. If I ever decide to continue this the reef will certainly need some more work.
