Good job. We all use rct as an art medium here.
No reason why one should be discouraged from creating an anime head as a background for whatever project they want to work on.
Don't feel disheartened.
She looks very nice, even if the approach to landscaping is somewhat unconventional. You had an idea, and you made it happen, and that's a very important step in the process!
The issue here for me is that the coasters are just sort of... there. With such an intricate landscape, the sprawling ride layouts that do not really interact with their surroundings seem almost like an afterthought. I believe you could do quite a bit more in the way of planning (e.g. approximate path and building mapping) to get the most out of this unique setting.

I think it will be amazing in a year or two if I stick with it.
This is goofy as hell but I think the idea has potential... you could make landscaping the same color as the image for instance... the 'hair' land could be covered in black or pink trees and rocks, the 'eyes' in white and blue landscaping etc.
It's probably look like a muddy mess but eh

I agree with Jaguar. Idea is super meme, but there's some good things happening here with how the height data is being interpreted.
