    1991

No big expansions this year, only a bistro at the back of the park, because the park desperately needed more places where you can eat. The hotdogs here are not very good, but you can flush with a coke.

We had a bit of bad luck as well; the chairlift, which has been here more decades, failed to pass the tests this year. The ride will be dismantled over the summer.

Where site where now the chairlift stations stand well see developments next year. In the north the new open space will be used to expand the main restaurant, doubling its capacity. In the south a whole new area will be developed. This is still in the protected green zone around the castle, but we have an idea that fits within this green vision. What this is, you will see next year!

    Information
Entrance fee children (<15 year): fl. 12,-
Entrance fee adults (15 to 65 year): fl. 13,50
Entrance fee elders (65+): fl. 11,-

The reserved architecture really works here, and I love the little cable car stations.  The foliage looks nice and vibrant too.

    Liampy,

Local newspapers this morning mentioned "Vandalism at De Bedriegertjes"  and " De Bedriegertjes, we zien eindelijk waarom het park zo heet". Both of these newspapers accuse the management of intentionally reducing maintenance and investments so the chairlift would not pass tests. This to ensure the management could continue to develop their new plans.

Local environmentalists say they will resist any plans that harm the green status of the area.
