Custom Scenery Exchange / New palm tree objects?

I'm starting to think of what to do after Piano Park, and I've got an idea I really like to do. But I need some more tropical objects. I've seen some new palm tree objects popping up in Liam's and Steve's screens, so I'd like to know if these are already available somewhere?
