Description
This is the result of my second attempt at a 24-hr build, the first being the wooden dueler Loderndlowen. I didn't finish in a single day this time, although the total number of hours spent is still under 24.
BlackBriar is situated in pleasant Anytown, USA, and recently expanded from a small garden and event park by adding two themed areas; Grimm Gardens and Adventure Outpost. With their newfound success, even more is on the horizon for 2016. -

wow! fantastic work! Its realistic, atmosphere, aesthetic... all around fun to look at. So many beautiful buildings, hacks, etc... it came together perfectly IMO.
This is great ][. Love the area around red riding hood, the interaction is really really nice. Kickass for 24 hours of work.

Congrats on the Gold. The atmosphere is definitely here but it's just so small and there's nothing that really sticks out to me as attention-grabbing. Ride names were weak (Red Riding Hood's New Ride? At least the layout was actually very nice), and why do all of the kiddie rides run in reverse? The carousel only being accessible from one side bothered me and the rest of the pond could have used more underwater foliage. For a sort of "kid's area blown up to a full park" idea, I was expecting more dark rides. Also the "under construction section" seemed like a bit of a cop-out. Another ride or two could have fitted there without making the park feel crowded.
By the skin of your teeth... Always great to see new LL content from a great builder. There were some really cool things here, I especially liked the custom trees, really added to the atmosphere.
I want to like it, but for some reason I'm having a hard time doing so. Congrats on the gold though, some people must have seen what I don't see in this.

Really though - this seems to have struck a chord with a few of you, and that's pretty cool for me because it means there's probably going to be a positive reception for the similar style of Vermillion.
Those of you who aren't finding anything extraordinary here, I'm with you! The 80's from the panel are a surprise for sure; there's plenty in here to find less than great. Anyway, hope everyone enjoys and is encouraged to try their own 24-hr projects.

I liked this park a lot. Full of charm and beauty. I disagree with the gold though like posix.
I can't disagree or agree with any vote considering I can't see this in-game. From the aerial it looks to be high-silver quality, and gold with this amount in it isn't unheard of (e.g. prod's park from some time back, yo).
