Are you sure? I'm not gonna hate on this design. I quite liked it, but as to why it scored 1 point higher than the other, I'm not quite sure.
I felt that the ride was well executed. Maybe a little repetitive with the curves and such(sorry hard to explain), but certainly a nice ride. The foliage and environment was very well done. I like the atmosphere quite a lot. I felt the lacking category was the buildings and flats. Simply put, the flats were just put there with no architecture around them? Sorry I found that a little beginnerish, but maybe I just haven't kept up with the latest styles. And besides the very minimalistic flats, the all the architecture seemed very small and minimalistic. I guess that is not necessarily a bad thing if you're going for a realistic style, but it really felt to me like there was just not enough there building wise. The buildings that were there were nice though, like I said i just would have liked there to have been more, or bigger buildings.
Overall it wasn't bad at all. Peep friendliness is always a plus. I would give it an honest 10.75.
The theming was nice, but maybe you should have build some bigger houses.
